John Locke (1632-1704)
Mr. Almacen has a bachelor's degree in economics from Jose Rizal University. After college, he worked in the banking sector gaining experience in real estate development financing, import and export transactions, corporate finance and credit, retail/consumer loans, and other banking and credit transactions. As a working student, he pursued his post-graduate degree in law at the Far Eastern University Institute of Law in Manila, earned his law degree (LL.B.) in 1999, took the bar examinations the same year, and was admitted as a regular member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in May 2000. He became a lifetime IBP member in January 2003.
Mr. Almacen aims to help his clients address legal questions relating to information technology, data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, overseas employment, immigration, taxation, foreign investments, international trade, and global finance. He can also take inquiries about the legal implications of globalization, interconnected markets, interdependent economies, multi-jurisdictional activities, cross-border transactions, technological innovations, global movement of people, capital, technology, goods, and services to facilitate business activities and promote economic prosperity.
Atty. Baniaga earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Far Eastern University in Manila. He continued to pursue his post-graduate degree in law (LL.B.) from the same university, took and passed the 1996 bar examinations, was admitted as a regular member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in 1997, and a lifetime IBP member in 2005.
Atty. Baniaga has 28 years of law practice with extensive experience in agrarian reform law, extra-judicial settlement of estates, transfer of titles, real estate transactions, civil litigation, criminal defense and prosecution, labor cases, family relations, and alternative dispute resolution.
