Yes, Atty. Joy offers free initial consultation to potential clients. During this consultation, he will discuss the general nature of your case, answer general questions about the law you may have, and provide you with an overview of his services within the legal process.
We understand that legal issues can arise at any time, which is why we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate our clients' needs. With appointment, we are available to VIRTUALLY meet with clients through AUDIO or VIDEO TELECONFERENCE outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Yes. For court filings, pleadings, notices, printed communications, and other paper-based documents, we have a postal mailing address with administrative support personnel to assist with delivery, receipt, transport, filing, and recordkeeping.
No, not at this time. Because ABCALAW is a digital-first law firm, we DO NOT maintain a "traditional" physical law office where our lawyers "work."
We consider "work" not as a "place"; rather, a set of intentional, meaningful, and productive activities meant to accomplish or produce something of value to help our clients solve their legal issues.
With the perennial traffic congestions in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, our productivity will undoubtedly be better if our primary interactions with clients are coursed through digital technologies like our website, email, video and audio teleconference, digital platforms, and other pervasive mobile applications.
This is intended so we can offer timely, convenient, and accessible legal services. It also helps us maintain the law firm's overall operating costs at a minimum so we can provide our legal services at reasonable rates.
Of course, on as-needed basis, we have the option to physically sit down and meet clients with prior appointment.
